As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, our products are API certified, with various OEM approvals and NOLs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator located at our Tuas facility. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting overall sales operations. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales databases and documentation, and ensuring efficient coordination between sales teams and other internal departments.

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organizational Tasks

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service will be advantageous
