About the Roles

Join a reputable company in the marine industry as a Sales Support Coordinator based in Pasir Panjang. This permanent position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule (8:30am–6:00pm) and a comprehensive salary package that includes basic pay, handphone allowance, AWS, performance bonus, and corporate insurance. You'll play a vital role in supporting the sales team through efficient order processing, documentation management, and customer service excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare quotations (RFQs), purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and invoices to support daily sales operations.
  • Manage sales records and documentation accurately, ensuring proper e-filing and retrieval.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint) and ERP systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Provide timely administrative assistance to improve overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and adapt to new systems and tools within the marine industry.
  • Handle other administrative or sales-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent; knowledge of the marine industry is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or sales support functions.
  • Familiarity with marine electronics or prior experience in the marine sector will be advantageous.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
