Title: Part-Time Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Woodland Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team at our Woodland office. In this key support role, you will assist with day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and solutions-focused—ready to provide essential administrative and operational support that helps our sales team meet their goals and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing sales orders, quotes, and customer communications
  • Coordinate between sales, operations, and customer service teams
  • Prepare sales documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update customer information
  • Support inventory tracking and help ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Provide administrative support for the sales team, including follow-ups and scheduling
  • Help identify and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction or sales performance

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Details:

  • Part-Time: days per week
