Job Scope:

Indoor Sales Admin [Catering]

  • Handle telephone and online enquiries related to catering services in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients with menu selection and provide accurate information based on event requirements.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and support their needs throughout the event planning process.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the quality and efficiency of catering services.
  • Support coordination of event orders to ensure smooth preparation and operations.
  • Work closely with internal food production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of catering events.

Sales Coordinator [Engineering]

  • Communicate with customers and handle general enquiries, providing timely follow-up where required.
  • Prepare quotations and formalise proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Support the preparation of both technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
  • Evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors, and coordinate with suppliers on pricing and delivery requirements.
  • Prepare tender documentation, including cost summaries, cost analyses, risk assessments, and other supporting documents.
  • Ensure tender proposals are submitted on time and in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Provide detailed responses to tender or inquiry documentation, including clarifications to customer queries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments.
  • Create and maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team on sales- and marketing-related activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Nitec/Diploma in Hospitality/Business Studies/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidate with relevant experience in administrative/sales support is welcome to apply.
  • Multitasking and independence
