
HR Assistant

Job Summary:
- Assist with the day-to-day HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records (P-File) and databases.
- Assist process payroll and resolve payment issues for overtime, allowances and other incentives etc.
- Assist with Application, renewal and cancellation of work pass for foreign workers (WPOL & MyMOM Portal).
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, Employment Agreement, and other relevant paperwork.
- Manage HR filing systems (softcopy/hardcopy) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters.
Assist to submit employee related insurance and medical benefit scheme claims.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulation.
- Initiate the issue of staff uniform and proper record of all items issued to staff and file in the personal file, assist with the collation and use of the training records.
- Knowledge of full spectrum HR & administrative functions in F&B Industries is advantage.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
At least Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in an HR role, preferably in the F&B industry or in a similar environment.
- Experience in recruitment and general HR administration tasks.
Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of MOM regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eg. Pivot Tables, Vlookup and etc..
- Experience with HR software or systems is an advantage (QuickHR).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills.

- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
