Entry level HR Officer

Job Description:
· Coordinate for recruitment pertaining to advertisement, application screening, and interview arrangement
· Conduct orientation for new employees and exit interview for resign employees
· Maintaining of employee data and HR filing system
· Assist in preparing monthly payroll including overtime, incentives and commission calculation
· Support HR administrative duties like work permit application, claims pertaining to meals, transport and medical .
· Preparation of HR related documents like letter of appointment, confirmation, manpower requisition letters etc
· Coordinate with vendors on HR related activities
· Manage company insurance includes cancellation and renewal of general insurance, vehicles, verify various company insurance invoices and credit notes
· Assist in company workplace safety and health management measures
· Able to commit overtime when needed
· Perform any other duties assigned
Requirement:
· Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management or Office Admin
· Preferably 1 to 2 years experience in HR administration
· Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to communicate with English and Chinese speaking coworkers
