  • Working Days: Monday - Friday + 1 Saturday per month

  • Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.15pm

  • Saturday (once a month): 9.00am – 1.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees and assist with exit processes.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as appointment, confirmation, and requisition letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance and leave records.
  • Help with monthly payroll processing by calculating overtime, incentives, and commissions.

  • Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including:

  • Work pass applications

  • Address updates and compliance
  • Processing claims (e.g. overtime, transport, meals, medical, hospitalization)
  • Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services.
  • Assist with vehicle and insurance documentation, cancellations, and invoice verification.
  • Support workplace safety and health initiatives and ensure safe management practices are followed.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management or Office Admin.
  • Training provided for those without/with lesser experience.
