Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
  • Promote and upsell aesthetic / beauty products to meet sales targets.
  • Handle cashiering, payment transactions, and daily sales records.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock replenishment.
  • Provide product knowledge and after-sales service to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in inventory checks, stock receiving, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support store operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum N-Level / O-Level or equivalent (Entry Level candidates are welcome).
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, or aesthetic products.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
