Job Scope:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers by offering appropriate product recommendations based on their needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Accurately process sales transactions and perform cashiering duties in compliance with company procedures
  • Assist in the receiving, handling, and organization of stock, including the arrangement of product displays
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment and provide support for ad-hoc retail operations as required

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience as retail sales will be an advantage
  • Willing to perform retail hour
