About This Role:

As a Jewellery Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover and select jewellery pieces that suit their style and needs. You'll receive full training, gain hands-on experience in jewellery sales, and have the opportunity to earn daily cash incentives and high monthly commissions while building a rewarding career in retail.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their style and needs.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice on jewellery, gemstones, gold and designs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle daily sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always presentable.
  • Support inventory management, including stock updates and returns.

What We're Looking For:

  • No experience required – training will be provided.
  • Passionate about jewellery and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as required.
