Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm, personalized, and exceptional customer experience.
  • Build strong product knowledge—including materials, craftsmanship, and styling options—to confidently guide customers.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets through active customer engagement and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts and proper documentation.
  • Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand's image and current promotions.
  • Able to commit to retail hours

Requirements:

  • Qualifications - NITEC and above.
  • Prior experience preferably in the fast fashion retail / luxury brands.
  • Passion for luxury products and a keen sense of style.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.
