As a Retail Associate, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the retail shop, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing by maintaining proper inventory and merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including maintaining retail housekeeping standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the store.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Preference for candidates who are active and have a passion for sports.
