Retail Associate – Bath & Body Works

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through engaging conversations and product knowledge.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Assist in maintaining store presentation, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
  • Support in achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Operate POS system efficiently for transactions, exchanges, and returns.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and brand standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion, lifestyle, beauty).
  • Passionate about fragrance, body care, and creating a welcoming customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
