About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at AV One (S) Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales assistance to our clients in our centrally located stores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience and driving sales of our premium home audio and headphone products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect home audio or headphone solutions for their needs
  2. Demonstrate product features and capabilities to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of our offerings
  3. Actively engage with customers, identify their requirements, and guide them through the purchasing process
  4. Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment to create an inviting atmosphere
  5. Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash and inventory management
  6. Contribute to the overall sales targets and success of the store
  7. Participate in regular product and sales training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the audio equipment industry
  2. Strong knowledge and passion for home audio or headphone products, with the ability to educate and inspire customers
  3. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store
