What you'll be doing?
  • Drive sales success: Actively work towards achieving sales targets using your sales skills and quality service to improve performance.
  • Product expertise: Provide guests with detailed brand and product introductions, staying informed about fashion lifestyle and market trends.
  • Customer care: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
  • Store operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, including product display and inventory management.
  • Problem-solving: Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Team collaboration: Participate in trainings, meetings, and support regional stores as needed.

  • Salary: Basic $2500 - $3000 + Commission
