
HR & Finance Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Finance Assistant to support day-to-day operations across human resources and finance functions. The ideal candidate is organised, a fast learner, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Duties:
- Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and leave tracking
- Process payroll and staff claims
- Prepare HR letters and documents
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and HR policies
Finance Duties:
- Handle basic accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation
- Maintain financial records and filing
- Support month-end closing and report preparation
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred (Fresh grads may be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organised, and good with numbers
- Able to meet deadlines, multitask and work independently
- Only open to Singapore Citizens
