Position: Executive – Premix Division
About Mewah Group
We are a leading name in the food industry, recognized for our diverse portfolio of high-quality products including cooking oils, bakery and confectionery fats, condensed and evaporated milk, rice, and more. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Executive to join our Premix Division, focusing on driving sales and expanding market presence in the Singapore region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth – Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, food service operators, and industrial clients to achieve sales targets for the Premix product range.
- Manage Sales Processes – Handle negotiations, contract finalization, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up in line with company policies.
- Customer Engagement – Address and resolve customer feedback promptly, ensuring product satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Development – Identify new business opportunities, stay updated on market trends, and collaborate with the R&D team to introduce relevant products.
- Distributor Management – Support and train distributors, set sales goals, and ensure end-user demand generation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in sales or business development, ideally in the food or related FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in selling to industrial customers, distributors, and/or food service sectors. Have experience in international sales would be advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to recommend suitable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
