About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at AVA Global Pte Ltd. As a key member of our New Business Development division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the facade industry.
  • Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to reach and engage potential clients
  • Preparing detailed quotes and proposals to secure new contracts
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in the local market
  • Providing regular sales performance reporting and insights to support decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local construction industry and market dynamics
  • Proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
