Multimedia & Administrative Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia & Administrative Officer to join our team. This dual-role position supports both the F&B administrative operations and multimedia content development for Lian Xin Vegetarian Restaurant. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence through digital content, while also managing essential admin functions to support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multimedia & Content Creation
- Create and edit engaging photo, video, and written content to promote restaurant events, menus, and activities.
- Upload and manage multimedia content on official platforms, including the temple's website, social media channels, and internal communications.
- Assist in documenting key moments and special events through photography/videography.
- Support design of promotional materials (e.g., posters, digital menus, social media posts).
F&B Administration
- Handle daily office administrative tasks related to restaurant operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, receipts, staff records, and vendor correspondences.
- Assist with event planning, food ordering records, and coordination with suppliers or external partners.
- Coordinate appointments, meeting schedules, and staff rosters.
- Support customer service efforts by managing phone/email queries and receiving walk-in guests professionally.
Website & Online Presence
- Ensure content (e.g., menus, announcements, photos) on the official Lian Xin/BTRTS website is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with IT vendors or temple web admins to troubleshoot minor website issues and updates.
Other Duties
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative or F&B-related projects assigned by management.
- Assist in CSR campaigns, food voucher tracking, or donor-related F&B tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Multimedia, Communications, Administration, or related fields.
- Knowledge in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or other basic editing software).
- Comfortable with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic upload functions.
- Experience in photography, videography, and copywriting will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (bilingual preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
