The Role

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer with a strong sense of visual storytelling to create impactful digital content for venue screens, LED walls, and event displays.

You will conceptualise, design, and produce dynamic visual materials that bring spaces and campaigns to life — enhancing the overall guest and client experience through engaging motion and multimedia design.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts from briefing to final delivery, contributing ideas and visual direction.
  • Design and produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, and motion graphics for large-format screens, digital signage, and event backdrops.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create visuals that support campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
  • Adapt content to fit multiple screen sizes, formats, and resolutions.
  • Edit and enhance video footage with sound, transitions, and effects.
  • Ensure brand consistency while exploring fresh and innovative visual ideas.
  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Keep up with emerging trends in motion design, digital media, and large-format visual communication.

Who We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a multimedia design role (in-house or agency) for regional or global brands.
  • Experience working across different creative fields such as branding, motion design, social media, event visuals, and 3D.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visually compelling design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience producing content for digital screens, LED walls, or event visuals is an advantage.
  • Strong grasp of composition, typography, colour, and visual aesthetics.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Generative AI in creative processes is a strong plus.
