1. Job Purpose

To design, model, and animate high-quality 3D product visuals that effectively showcase product features, functionality, and design for marketing, presentations, or instructional use.

2. Key Responsibilities


• Create realistic or stylized 3D models of products from sketches, CAD files, or photos.


• Develop detailed textures, lighting, and materials that match brand guidelines.


• Animate product assembly, rotation, function, or usage for promotional or instructional videos.


• Work with the marketing/design team to interpret storyboards and scripts into visual sequences.


• Manage rendering, post-production, and output of final video files.


• Optimize 3D assets for use across digital platforms (web, AR/VR, social media, etc.).


• Stay updated on 3D animation trends and software advancements.

3. Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, 3D Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.


• Proven experience (2–5+ years) in 3D animation or motion design, preferably with a product-focused portfolio.


• Strong understanding of animation principles, camera movement, and visual storytelling.

4. Technical Skills


• Proficiency in 3D software such as:


• Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine.


• Experience with rendering engines: Cycles, Redshift, V-Ray, Arnold, etc.


• Strong knowledge of texturing and shading tools (Substance Painter, Photoshop).


• Familiarity with motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).


• Basic understanding of lighting, composition, and visual effects.


• Knowledge of CAD import workflows (if dealing with engineering or product models).
