Job Title: STAXX Exhibition Designer

Reports To: Creative Director

Location: Hybrid (HQ at 55 Ayer Rajah Cres, #05-09, Singapore

Hours: Full-Time | Mon–Fri 9am–6pm + Flexible On-Site Hours for Events

Compensation: Competitive + Based on Experience

Start Date: ASAP (but we'll wait for the right person)

Role Summary

As our Creative Exhibition Designer, you'll reimagine how exhibitions are built — designing modular, sustainable, and highly creative booth experiences using STAXX and other reXtore products. You'll help clients tell their stories through spaces that are functional, inspiring, and waste-free.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design sustainable exhibitions: Create innovative, visually striking booth concepts using STAXX, STAXX accessories and other reXtore products.
  • Bring brands to life: Translate client identity into immersive, modular spaces that wow audiences.
  • Prototype & visualise in 3D: Use 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Fusion 360 (or similar) to develop and present concepts.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work with Account Managers, Product Designers, and Installation crews to ensure your concepts are practical and buildable.
  • Champion sustainability: Replace single-use materials with circular solutions and track measurable impact.
  • Push creativity: Explore new ways of applying STAXX — from feature walls to interactive experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in exhibition, spatial, or interior design.
  • A highly creative thinker with a strong portfolio of event or booth design projects.
  • Skilled in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar tools.
  • Passionate about sustainability and circular design principles.
  • Strong visual storyteller — you design experiences, not just structures.
  • Detail-driven with an eye for both aesthetics and buildability.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
