We are looking for a multidisciplinary BIM Designer & Coordinator of the Singapore office with a supporting role in several projects. Under the supervision of the Director/ Principal/ Associate in charge, you will assist in drafting, modelling and coordinating the projects assigned to you and be responsible for all aspects of design documentation, including concept to tender, authority submissions, coordination and production of drawings and documentation. You will assist the contract administration / post contract stage where required.

You will be responsible for all the technical aspects of the Architecture, and assist to integrate Interior Design and Landscape information into drawings and documents for a wide range of project types including Hospitality, Residential, Commercial and others with a focus on technical compliance of details, regulations, specifications, drawings and documentation with accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare CAD drawings and 3D | BIM models during various project stages as per requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all building regulations, codes, and standards as per all relevant Singapore authorities and compliance with submission requirements and procedures of the respective authorities.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary clash detection, report and coordination.
  • Prepare 3D visual output for design review and coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years experience.
