The Opportunity

Lian Tong Electrical Engineering Private Limited, a leading electrical engineering company in the Central Region, is seeking an experienced BIM (Building Information Modelling) Modeler to join their team. As a BIM Modeler (Electrical), you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative electrical systems for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems, including power, lighting, and other electrical components
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed BIM models
  • Ensure that BIM models adhere to industry standards, company guidelines, and client specifications
  • Conduct regular model reviews and updates to address any changes or modifications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, assisting with the interpretation and application of BIM data
  • Participate in the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards within the organisation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, in Singapore Condo &HDB Project
  3. Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  4. Strong understanding of electrical engineering design principles, building codes, and industry standards
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  7. Adaptability to new technologies and a willingness to learn and improve
