Job Description & Requirements

  • Create and maintain 3D Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects, converting design concepts into detailed digital models using BIM software.
  • Creating and preparing 2D tender drawings, shop drawings, and construction-ready drawings from the 3D models for submissions to authorities and for construction.
  • Maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the BIM models, and updating them as design information evolves or construction progresses.
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts or clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model.
  • Working closely with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other project stakeholders to ensure design intent is reflected in the model.
  • Creating object families, annotating drawings, and preparing schedules and material take-offs from the models.
  • Building Revit content (families) for in‐house design and constructability modeling.
  • Providing Revit / CAD application support.
  • Work with teams on coordinating BIM for preconstruction and construction.
  • To assist the AEC / MFG / M&E / BIM 360 / Project Management (MS & Primavera) BIM Sales team.
  • To conduct demos including enterprise solutions

Requirements:

  • Diploma Or Degree Holder In Architecture or Engineering
  • Preferable with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling certification
  • Knowledge in Autodesk Revit is required
  • Experience in design, drafting or engineering in public or private sector
  • Must be able to work independently with ability in problem solving
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
