Roles and responsibilities

We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a highly motivated 3D Renderer. He/ she will be responsible to collaborate with the Interior Designer and produce the 3D drawing as per Interior Designer requirements.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements


• Understand in-house designer's requirements through design brief and discussion.


• Collaborate with Interior Design and CAD Drafter to provide 3D drawings.


• Possess at least a diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent.


• Must be Proficient in 3D Studio Max or equivalent and Photoshop software.


• Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up.


• Strong visualization mind.


• 2 to 5 years of related works experience.


• Good in 3D freehand sketches.


• Proven track record and credibility.


• Must be able to work diligently under pressure to meet tight timeline.


• He/ she has a good time management and planning.


• Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in team and also independently.


• Experience in interior fit out industry is preferred.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software i.e., MS power point, Words and Outlook.
