Responsibilities:

  • Creative Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that shape the visual direction from initial brief to final execution.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce multimedia materials including videos, animations, and motion graphics for various applications such as The Big Picture, LED walls, digital signage, and event backdrops.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to translate creative concepts into compelling visuals that support campaigns, corporate communications, and live experiences.
  • Adaptation & Optimization: Modify and format designs and videos for different screen sizes, formats, and resolutions while maintaining visual integrity.
  • Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content, incorporating sound design, transitions, and visual effects to achieve a polished and professional result.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and apply brand guidelines across all creative outputs, while exploring innovative ways to push visual boundaries.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables maintain a high level of quality.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest trends in digital design, animation, and large-format visual communication to continually elevate creative standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an in-house and/or agency role as Multimedia Designer, working for global or regional brands and/or clients.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience producing content for digital screens, LED walls, or event visuals preferred.
