Job Advertisement: Survey Designer (Full Stack Developer)
Contract Duration: 6 months (with a strong possibility of extension for a further 6 months)
Salary Range: $4,000 – $4,500 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a focus on survey tools to join our dynamic team on a 6+6 month contract. In this role, you will be at the heart of designing, building, and maintaining robust and user-friendly survey applications. You will leverage your expertise across the entire technology stack to create seamless digital experiences from the front-end user interface to the back-end data processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front-End Development: Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end applications using React JS and utilize Redux Toolkit for efficient and predictable state management.
- Back-End Development: Design, implement, and optimize high-performing backend services and APIs using and Python (including Streamlit).
- Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS Cloud services to build scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with design and product teams to translate requirements into a seamless user experience.
- Code Excellence: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Adhere to and promote best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio in both frontend and backend development.
Technical Must-Haves:
- Frontend: Proficiency in ReactJS and Redux.
- Backend: Strong experience with Python and
- Frameworks/Tools: Hands-on experience with Streamlit.
- API Development: Solid experience in the creation and maintenance of RESTful APIs using
- Cloud: Good working knowledge of AWS Cloud services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS).
- A strong commitment to quality, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing clean, maintainable code.
- The ability to conduct thorough, constructive, and collaborative pull request reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
