Location: Central / East area

Working Hours:

  • Office: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (OT applicable)
  • Fieldwork Rotation: Mon–Sun, 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM (rotating every 3–6 months)

Contract Duration: Until June 2026

Role Overview:

Step into a dynamic role where your work directly shapes workforce insights and national statistics. As a Survey & Research Executive, you'll combine data collection, analysis, and outreach to help create accurate and actionable statistical insights.

What You'll Do:

Operations & Engagement

  • Conduct surveys through phone and face-to-face interviews, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for respondents.
  • Build strong rapport with participants to maintain high response rates and satisfaction.

Strategy & Participation

  • Design and implement strategies to encourage online participation, reducing reliance on face-to-face surveys and improving overall response efficiency.

Survey Design & Sampling

  • Apply modern techniques to design effective questionnaires that meet organizational goals.
  • Use advanced sampling methods to minimize survey fatigue while ensuring accurate and representative data.

Data Analytics & Quality Assurance

  • Leverage analytics tools to validate and verify data quality, explore alternative sources, and handle missing data using imputation methods.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze survey data and produce clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Visualize data using charts and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Awareness & Dissemination

  • Support strategies to promote statistical products and ensure they reach and resonate with diverse audiences.
Programme Highlights:
  • Gain hands-on experience in survey operations, research, and statistical processes.
  • Rotate through different roles to explore multiple aspects of the department.
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills through direct engagement with a variety of survey participants.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with a keen interest in data, research, or communications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy interacting with people.
  • A self-starter and eager learner who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
