We are a professional organization focusing on Human Resources Services, Educational and Cultural Exchange, Adult Group Training Programs, and Overseas Internship Programs for students. We serve as a vital bridge connecting talents, institutions, and organizations in Singapore and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies across the company's key service areas:
▸ Human Resources Services
▸ Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs
▸ Adult Group Training and Short-term Study Tours
▸ Overseas Internship Programs
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships locally and overseas
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends monitoring
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Achieve assigned business development and partnership targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Education, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese and international partners
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with human resource services or education & training sectors is preferred
