We specialise in B2B sourcing, product development, and quality control for industries such as consumer goods, healthcare, textiles, and more.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Junior Sourcing Agent / Junior Procurement Officer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has a strong interest or experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

·       Source suppliers and manufacturers in Asia for various product categories

·       Communicate with vendors to request quotations, samples, and product details

·       Compare offers and assist in negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead times, and terms

·       Maintain and update supplier and product databases

·       Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding sourcing requests

·       Ensure compliance with product specifications, quality, and timelines

Requirements

·       Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

·       Excellent communication skills (English essential; Chinese is a plus)

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

·       Basic knowledge of product sourcing and procurement processes preferred

·       Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely

·       Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and email communication

·       Prior experience in sourcing, buying, trading, or supply chain is a plus, but not a must
