About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior Interior Designer who is motivated, independent, and passionate about design—someone who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a studio that embraces ideas, craft, and impact.

You'll be involved in the full design process: from concept and architectural layout planning to technical drawings and site execution. Strong rendering capabilities are essential, as you'll be expected to produce compelling visuals that communicate ideas with clarity and imagination.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural floor plans and contribute to spatial layout planning
  • Assist in conceptual design, mood boards, and material palettes
  • Produce detailed drawings, construction documentation, and joinery details
  • Create high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations
  • Source materials, lighting, fittings, and furniture
  • Conduct site measurements and manage project coordination and site supervision
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and design intent
  • Organise and maintain the studio's materials and documentation

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships/freelance considered)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
  • Strong skills in space planning, material application, and visual storytelling
  • Able to work independently and manage time and tasks responsibly
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow
  • Positive, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment

Bonus Skills (Nice to have):
  • On-site experience with interior fit-out or renovation projects
  • Basic knowledge of project costing or quantity take-offs
