Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to support the daily operations of our procurement function. You will assist in sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control of dental materials, equipment, and clinic supplies to ensure the efficient and timely availability of resources across all branches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement of dental materials, equipment, and consumables according to clinic needs and specifications.
  • Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, lead times, and product availability.
  • Process purchase orders (POs), monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track stock usage and replenish inventory accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and pricing history.
  • Assist with inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives through vendor comparison and market research.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice matching, filing, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare, dental, or medical industry.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in procurement and supply chain are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
