Our Client

The company is a Marine Communication Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronic equipment and marine communication integration solutions for offshore vessels arriving in Singapore or around the Asia region.

They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our team in the project sales business unit. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations by processing orders, assisting the sales team, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing:

  • Manage and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of sales transactions

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when necessary

Sales Team Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports and maintaining records
  • Register the company as an approved vendor when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude, accountability, and sense of responsibility
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order processing, or similar administrative role preferred
