About the Role

As an Executive, Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting trade order processing, issuing key sales documents, coordinating delivery planning, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. You will also be involved in generating reports, conducting reconciliations, and performing risk assessments to support business decisions and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily trade orders including new sales, purchases, memos, and cancellations.
  • Issue and manage Sales Orders, Sales Contracts, Proforma Invoices, and Sales Invoices.
  • Coordinate delivery planning for local sales and ensure timely shipment.
  • Perform month-end reconciliation and stock reconciliation reports.
  • Conduct Dow Jones screening and MTM calculations for commission agents.
  • Generate operational reports and provide support to marketing and other departments.
  • Manage brokerage and commission payment arrangements.
  • Maintain and review departmental SOPs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and compliance using system.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Food Technology.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
