Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by providing valuable feedback and maintaining client databases.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders and transactions.
  • Address customer queries and concerns about products and services in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Risk, Global Offices, etc.) to resolve them ahead of time.
  • Assist in resolving delivery execution issues, ensuring all orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate data management.
  • Provide proactive customer outreach to ensure satisfaction and enhance relationships.
  • Follow company SOPs to maintain consistent operational efficiency.
  • Handle additional sales-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, logistics, or operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
