About the opportunity
We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to support all sales and operational activities across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Reporting to the Regional Manager (SE Asia) this role works closely with our team of Key Account Managers to drive commercial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the sales team to develop customer demand plans
- Collate and monitor sales data to ensure day-to-day planning is on track
- Monitor and report on volume, price, and sales data
- Monthly forecasting to develop delivery plans by variety, size, grade, and location
- Liaise with the operations team and customers to ensure order fulfilment
- Key contact for retailers, wholesalers, third-party logistics, and T&G's Sales and Operations teams in Asia, NZ, and USA
- Support the Regional Manager (South East Asia) and Key Account Managers with projects, meetings, presentations, and reporting

About you
- Previous experience in a sales administration / support role
- Experience in FMCG and/or an import environment would be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, planning, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong systems skills, e.g. Excel, SAP, IBP, and/or PowerBI
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, customer-centric style
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work across multiple countries, cultures, and timezones.
