Our client is a fast-growing global telecom connectivity company specializing in eSIM and embedded-SIM (iSIM) solutions. They offer "Connectivity-as-a-Service (CaaS)" platforms, enabling seamless cellular connectivity and remote SIM provisioning across more than 200 countries and regions. Their solutions serve both consumer electronics and IoT / enterprise devices, delivering scalable, reliable, and plug-and-play connectivity on a global scale. \
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email and online chat, covering pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales phases.
- Use internal customer support systems and knowledge bases to properly address customer feedback and issues — aiming to increase customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer service data and support the team in executing customer satisfaction improvement plans.
- Perform other customer-service related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English & Chinese is required.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings.
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer-service awareness; team-oriented and cooperative.
- Proactive communication and initiative — able to identify problems and continuously help optimize processes.
- Familiarity with office software such as Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in a telecom or operator call center / customer-service center is preferred.
