Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with service team to process customer's order accurately and timely based on work order.
- Maintains effectively day to day contact with customers and vendors in order to update business activities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness when keying sales order entries
- Provide administrative sales support to sales team.
- Data entry and filing.
- Handling of purchase orders (PO), issuing delivery orders (DO), invoice and etc.
- Maintaining daily and monthly report.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Providing sales coordination work and support to sales team
- Handle tele-sales and email enquiry
- Other general admin duties as assigned
Job Requirement :
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Lab sales, sales support or customer service in science industry
- Good written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objective in a fast-paced environment
- To be able to work well with teams and have a proactive attitude. and have a proactive attitude.
