What you'll be doing

  • Provide responsive and empathetic assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Help customer make appointment and Registrations
  • Handling cash payment and Nets,Visa terminals settlement daily sales
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Follow up new leads and regular customers by Whatsapp and call
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any open issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction
  • Assist with product and service-related queries, providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the company's customer service practices and procedures

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
