What you'll be doing
- Provide responsive and empathetic assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Help customer make appointment and Registrations
- Handling cash payment and Nets,Visa terminals settlement daily sales
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Follow up new leads and regular customers by Whatsapp and call
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any open issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with product and service-related queries, providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Contribute to the continuous development of the company's customer service practices and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
