Job title: Sales Support Executive (Inside Sales)

Our client, a listed firm specializing in electronic components, is currently seeking a Sales Support Executive (Inside Sales) to support their expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and assisting sales team members.

【 Responsibilities 】

(Inside Sales handling 95% Farming Sales)

- Handle assigned customers and provide support in:

o Forecast and order planning

o Delivery and quality issue coordination

o Preparation of technical documents

o Other related matters

- Assist the Sales team members in:

o Preparing quotations

o Preparing technical documents

o Coordinating with other team members and customers

o Primarily a desk-based role, with occasional joint visits with Sales team

- Support additional responsibilities as assigned by management

【 What you will receive 】

- Annual Leave: 14 days in the first year, up to a maximum of 20 days

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)

- Diploma in Supply Chain, Electronics, or related field (Candidates with O-Level and relevant industry experience may also be considered)

- Candidates with strong interest in sales and the semiconductor/electronics industry are highly encouraged to apply

- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Electronics Sales, or Sales Support within the manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industry is advantageous

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (a practical test will be conducted during the interview)

- Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts in the ASEAN region

- Independent, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive working attitude

- Willing to handle both desk-based and client-facing responsibilities (including customer visits)

- Able to commence work immediately or within 1 month's notice
