Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and handle departmental communications.
  • Provide administrative support including travel bookings, expense claims, procurement, and IT matters.
  • Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding, training records, and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, recruitment, and support staff welfare activities.
  • Handle general office tasks like mail, pantry supplies, and reception coverage.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
  • Manage procurement activities including sourcing, ordering, and tracking office supplies and equipment.
  • Support any other duties as assigned by the HOD or supervisor.

Note: Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines).
  • At least 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative duties.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in healthcare, government, social services, or large/fast-paced companies (internship, temporary job, part-time job, volunteer work, etc.) is a plus.
