Hiring: Lead Full Stack Engineers (x2)

We are looking for Lead Full Stack Engineers to join our digital healthcare team. This is a hands-on software engineering leadership role with a primary focus on building solutions for the Japan market, while also offering opportunities to contribute to regional and global initiatives.

You will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality digital applications within an Agile environment rooted in Lean principles. Our inclusive and collaborative culture emphasizes creativity, continuous improvement, and innovation as we shape the future of healthcare.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor squad engineers to design, build, and maintain software solutions.
  • Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision across squads.
  • Perform architecture review and analysis at multiple levels (context, container, component, code).
  • Design systems with an API-first and mobile-first approach.
  • Apply clean coding practices (BDD, TDD, SOLID, OO design, pair & mob programming).
  • Drive software testing, deployment, and automation to ensure solution quality.
  • Utilize CI/CD and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and improve reliability.
  • Guide onboarding, resource allocation, and team development for sustained performance.
  • Design scalable backend services using JavaScript, Java (Spring Boot), PHP.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and manage technical debt.
  • Ensure security, performance optimization, logging, and exception handling.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of full stack development experience, with 1+ year in technical leadership.
  • Proficiency in at least two development languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, .NET, React, ).
  • Strong experience in API-driven, cloud-native solution design at scale.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile and Lean practices, with a track record of working in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with modern software delivery practices (BDD, TDD, Clean Code, software craftsmanship).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and frequent production-like deployments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across teams.
