We are looking for an experienced candidate who is driven and motivated to take up this role in a branded Medical Devices MNC company.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage relationships with key customers and key distributors to ensure expectations are met at both senior and end-user levels.

·       Defend market share and explore growth within the SM portfolio to achieve significant growth and gain relevance in the market.

·       Manage all aspects of sales, marketing and clinical performance, including the tender process, sales targets, market shaping initiatives, opportunity identification, report preparation, opportunity analysis, sales coaching, and marketing & clinical strategy execution.

·       Liaise with key internal departments and associates and develop cross-functional contacts critical to business performance.

·       Collate and present team feedback and report on competitor activity.

·       Identify new business opportunities within the existing portfolio and act accordingly.

·       Actively contribute to Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) and all aspects of Commercial Excellence by developing and coaching the sales team in the BD Way of Selling to meet or exceed sales revenue and profitability objectives.

Requirements:

·       At least 5-8 years of regional working experience in medical devices

·       Experience in channel and distributor management and collaboration with cross-functional teams

·       Demonstrated ability to influence, handle difficult negotiations, and work cross-functionally with senior internal and external stakeholders.
