Job Scope:

  • Identify business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
  • Manage tender submissions and support internal teams in preparing competitive proposals
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events
  • Gather market insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Explore potential projects in construction and infrastructure sectors
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts
  • Coordinate tender preparation, including proposals, documentation, and bid submissions
  • Work with internal engineering and commercial teams to review project requirements
  • Participate in business meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Track market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company's project pipeline
  • Ensure timely communication with clients to support project follow-ups
  • Strengthen brand visibility through consistent engagement with industry professionals
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, or key client relations within construction or engineering industries is preferred
  • Familiarity with tendering, procurement, and contract processes
  • Willing to travel for meetings and project discussions where required
