Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $7000 - $9000
  • Location: Changi
  • Working hours: Monday -Friday, 8am-5pm & Alt Saturday, 8am-5pm
  • Viriable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all construction activities, ensuring performance, adherence to procedures, and recommending improvements to project managers.
  • Manage contractors with focus on quality, compliance with drawings, codes, standards, schedule, and cost.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to support construction activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies for project execution.
  • Oversee project activities to ensure timely delivery and minimize wastage.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers.
  • Coordinate with other departments on issues affecting project works.
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers.
  • Provide timely project progress reports and attend project execution meetings.
  • Select, guide, and develop a multicultural workforce and management team to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all construction activities meet quality assurance and ISO standards and comply with customer specifications.
  • Allocate capital and manpower resources to maximize productivity.
  • Perform other required ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong interpersonal, people management, communication, and negotiation skills, with proven leadership qualities.
  • Efficient, analytical, and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, or exceeding expectations is highly regarded.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
