Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction operations, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement through coordination with project managers.

• Supervise contractors to maintain quality, adherence to engineering drawings, codes, standards, and project timelines.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to support construction activities and resolve technical challenges.

• Develop and implement corporate construction procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.

• Ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule, minimizing delays and material wastage.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting high standards of technical and professional excellence.

• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, clients, suppliers, and authorities on project matters.

• Prepare progress reports, present updates to management, and participate in project meetings.

• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse workforce, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

• Enforce quality assurance and ISO standards across all construction phases to meet customer expectations.

• Optimize the allocation of capital and manpower to maximize efficiency.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in construction, civil, or project management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills with the ability to work across multicultural teams.

• Excellent planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of marine construction standards, environmental regulations, and safety compliance.

• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel or work on-site, including offshore or remote areas.

• Physically fit, adaptable, and able to work extended hours as project needs arise.
