About the Role:As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator (Soft Services), you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure complex work orders are complete.
What You'll Do:
- Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
- Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.
- Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
- File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
- Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
- Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Vendor Management - Cleaning ,landscape ,pest control ,waste management skill and building repair work
- Main point of contact for organizing site inspection with client
What You'll Need:
- Diploma or Degree with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team clearly and concisely.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
- General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
