Job Scope:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain high quality and consistency of all cakes through quality control
- Analyse and respond to customer feedback to improve food quality
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Lead, train, and support staff, including hiring and onboarding when needed
- Develop seasonal cakes, manage inventory, control food costs, and plan staff rosters efficiently
Job Requirements:
