What You'll Be Doing- Prepare and cook dishes across a variety of cuisines with consistency and precision.
- Work with fresh seafood and premium meats, developing advanced butchery and handling skills.
- Contribute your culinary background to help shape unique, event-specific menus.
- Assist in prep schedules, logistics, and kitchen flow for smooth event execution.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and organizational standards.
- Support and collaborate with the team, ensuring seamless service.
- Chef de Partie: At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Junior Sous Chef: At least 5 years of experience, with the ability to lead sections and guide junior staff.
- Passionate about food, adaptable to different cuisines and event styles.
- Strong focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Interest in developing beyond cooking — into planning, operations, and leadership.
- Exposure to a wide variety of cuisines, menus, and event styles.
